GOODAL Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner is a vegan moisturising facial toner that effectively absorbs into the skin to soothe and boost moisture levels. It contains rice milk (made from rice from Jeju Island), which locks in moisture and has skin brightening properties. It also contains ceramides, which restore and strengthen the damaged skin barrier. Hypoallergenic formula suitable for all skin types.

How to use

Apply the toner evenly to clean skin using a cotton pad or you can apply it directly to your face.
