Numbuzin No.3 Super Glowing Essence Toner is a facial toner that improves the elasticity of the skin and gives it moisture and radiance. It contains as many as 50 fermented ingredients that nourish the skin, providing elasticity and a glowing effect. The niacinamide in the formula brightens discolouration, hydrates and strengthens the skin barrier.
The toner has a light texture and does not leave a sticky residue. It is particularly recommended for mature skin, dull skin and skin that has lost its radiance.

How to use

After washing your face, apply with your fingers or a moistened cotton pad. Can be used morning and evening.
