How long will it take me to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched every working day at 9:00 am (except weekends), so deliveries are made within 3 - 4 working days. We recommend that orders are placed before 9:00 am to ensure that you receive your parcel within 3 working days.

You can pick up the products from the Rossi Skincare warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Warehouse opening hours:

II, IV, V - 10:00-17:00.

IMPORTANT: You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel is ready for collection.Please arrive only after notification, normally the order is ready within 1 hour.
